Honey Glazed Chicken Legs.

1 dozen Fresh Chicken Legs.
1 cup good Clover Honey.
5 Teaspoons Curry Powder. (depending on taste - Medium or Hot)
1 Teaspoon Salt.
1 large Tablespoon Bavarian mustard (Seeded)
1.1/2 oz. Butter.

Put the Chicken legs into oven dish.

Then into a saucepan put 1 cup of honey, 5 teaspoons curry,1 Teaspoon. Salt, 1.1/2oz Butter,1 large tablespoon Bavarian Mustard (seeded). Very slowly melt with the odd stir until melted together.
Then pour over the chicken legs in the oven dish - Bake 1 Hour - Baste every 20 minutes, in moderate oven.

Great served on egg noodles with a lump of butter and parsley sprinkled on.
